Your photos are yours

Before you order

Your camera feed and four photographs are handled inside your browser. They are not uploaded merely because you take, customise, save or share a print. Sharing sends the file only through the option you choose on your device.

When you order

Photophy uploads the finished print file and stores an order reference so it can take payment and arrange production. Stripe handles payment and delivery-address collection. Prodigi receives the finished print, your delivery details and contact email to manufacture and deliver the order.

How long information is kept

An unpaid print file is deleted when its checkout expires. For a paid order, Photophy deletes its production file after the order is dispatched or cancelled. Basic order details may be retained for customer support, accounting and legal obligations. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Photophy.

Your choices

You can ask what personal information is held about you, request correction or deletion where applicable, or raise a privacy concern by emailing phil-atkins@outlook.com. Include your order reference if your request concerns an order.

Service providers

Photophy uses Stripe for checkout and Prodigi for print fulfilment. Their own privacy notices explain how they process information sent to them.
