Who you are buying from

Photophy is operated by Phillip Atkins in the United Kingdom. Questions can be sent to phil-atkins@outlook.com.

The product and price

A Photophy order is a personalised glossy 4 × 4-inch print containing the four photographs shown in the final preview. The total shown before payment includes UK delivery. Extra copies contain the same design.

Payment and production

Payment is taken securely through Stripe. An order is accepted when payment succeeds. The finished image and delivery details are then sent to Prodigi for production. Check the preview, style, wording, quantity and delivery address carefully before paying.

Delivery

The estimated arrival time is 4–8 working days. Events outside reasonable control can occasionally cause delays. If an order has not arrived after the estimate, contact Photophy with the order reference.

Personalised orders and cancellation

Because each print is made from your photographs, the usual change-of-mind cancellation right may not apply once production begins. Contact Photophy immediately if you make a mistake. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights when goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise do not meet legal requirements.

Your photographs

You confirm that you have permission to use the photographs you submit and that they do not infringe another person’s rights or contain unlawful material. Photophy may refuse an order where fulfilment would be unlawful.

Problems

For damaged, faulty, incorrect or missing goods, follow the steps on the Delivery & help page. Where appropriate, Photophy will arrange a replacement or refund.
