Your group session
Follow the steps below. Your session stays free until you choose to order prints.
Step 1 · Make it yours
Add your event logo Optional
Upload it once and every guest print will carry your logo instead of the Photophy mark. Set it before guests start submitting prints.
2. Drag to position. Drag the corner to resize.
Choose a logo to add it to the print.
Step 2 · Bring everyone in
Share your guest invitation
Guests can make their print and save a digital copy for free. Only you see all submissions and pay for physical prints.
Keep your private host link for managing this session. Don't send it to guests.
Step 3 · Choose your prints
Review guest prints
No prints yet. Share the invitation link to get started.
Step 4 · Finish together
One order, one delivery
Each submission becomes one glossy 4 × 4-inch print. UK Budget delivery to one address is included. At least two prints are needed. Extra copies and separate guest addresses are not included.
Simple group pricing
You pay for the tier reached, not for unused guest spaces. Digital copies remain free for guests to save.
